K.C. Johnson

K.C. Johnson brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience to the Board. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from East Texas Baptist University, a Master of Arts in Family Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University, and a Master of Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College.

K.C. currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of HealthSource Integrated Solutions and ComplianceOne, a role he has held since July 2020. His experience includes leading complex program operations and advancing strategic initiatives that improve outcomes for individuals and families. Prior to joining HealthSource, he served as Behavioral Health Service Director of Access and Crisis Intervention Services at WellSpan Health.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a veteran of the United States Air Force. K.C. resides in Topeka with his wife, Andrea, and their children, who attend Auburn-Washburn schools.
