Auburn-Washburn USD 437

If you haven't driven by 29th and Auburn lately, you may not have seen the tremendous progress being made at the second middle school! Steel erection at the gym and storm shelter is nearing completion. Brick is starting to go up on the gym. And we anticipate pouring concrete for the kitchen next week! Best of all, the project is on schedule and on budget! To follow along with our progress and to view additional construction photos and live cam footage, visit http://www.usd437.net/documents/district-wide/bond.

The middle school will open for the 2025-2026 school year and will serve students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. Construction is made possible by the generous support of our patrons in the April 2022 bond election.
