Today our second grade classes discovered the colorful world beneath their feet while exploring minerals! Students learned what minerals are, where they come from, and how scientists classify them. They were also introduced to a rainbow of different minerals and had the chance to get hands-on with real mineral specimens.

To wrap up the experience, students created their own bookmarks using mineral-based paints—a fun and creative way to bring science and art together! 🌈🔬🎨

🚧 Our kindergarteners were hard at work during today’s Construction-Themed Math Review! 🚧

Students wrapped up their addition and subtraction within 10 unit by building their math skills through fun, hands-on activities. From counting and solving problems to “constructing” equations, these little builders showed how much they’ve learned! 🧱➕➖

We’re so proud of the strong foundations they’re laying in math! 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️📚

Picture day is approaching quickly! 📸 Below you can find the information to order your students picture. We are excited to see all of their smiling faces next Wednesday.
