The Kansas Book Festival is tomorrow Saturday, Sept. 16th!
This is information for interested Indian Hills families. Indian Hills Elementary is not participating directly, but it would be a fun event to attend this weekend!
Tomorrow, Saturday, Sept. 16th, the 12th annual Kansas Book Festival will take place at Washburn University, hosted by the Mabee Library.

The 2023 Festival will bring an amazing lineup of 50 Kansas or regional authors. Their presentations cover fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and children’s fiction. The festival will also feature outdoor performances, an book-art exhibit, food trucks, and exhibitor tents with 35 publishers, nonprofits, and individual authors.

Students will be bringing home their envelope today to begin selling Pancake Breakfast & Raffle Tickets!!!
The annual Pancake Breakfast is on Saturday, October 14!
Pancake Breakfast tickets are $5 and Raffle Tickets are $1.
We are encouraging each child to sell $75 in tickets!

2nd Place Seller = $75 Visa Gift Card

Students who sell $75 in pancake/raffle tickets will have name entered into a drawing for a Sonic Gift Card AND will receive 10 game tickets to be used at the Pancake Breakfast
