Strategic Plan

Strategic Plan 2026 has officially concluded, marking the completion of an important chapter of growth and progress for Auburn-Washburn. Over the past five years, the plan has helped guide our work, strengthen student opportunities, and shape decisions across the district. We invite you to explore the results and accomplishments outlined in this executive summary.

Strategic Plan 2031 is currently in development. The district has already laid a strong foundation through meaningful engagement with students, staff, families, and community stakeholders. During the 2026–2027 school year, that work will be expanded into a comprehensive strategic plan with clearly defined goals, action steps, and measures of success that will guide Auburn-Washburn through 2031.
