WRMS Fit Camp
Do you want to get bigger, faster, stronger? Get out of bed and off of the couch and come join the challenge to improve your fitness. Athletes that participate will improve their core strength, speed, flexibility, and explosiveness to be used in all sports.
Workouts will begin Tuesday, May 30. Camp will be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays through June 29.
We will be holding two sessions daily:
- Open Session: 7:45-8:45
- Girls Only: 9:00-10:00
Participants must sign up using the Google Form to attend.
The fee for the camp will be $5.00 per session or $60 up front for all summer.
