Register Online Now to Receive Hybrid Learning Assignment or Sign Up for Remote Learning
To help us prepare to meet the needs of students, Auburn-Washburn registration for 2020-2021 will take place entirely online. You can go directly to your Campus Portal login or visit our registration page for complete details.
If you have questions or need assistance with online registration, please contact your child's school any time after July 20. School contact info available at usd437.net.
After parents have submitted online registration and it has been approved by our office staff, they will receive a message allowing them to indicate the learning resources and options that will best meet the needs of their family for the start of 2020-2021.
Withdrawing? Let us know if your child is NOT returning to Auburn-Washburn in 2020-2021. If you have already completed the form for non-returning students, please disregard this step.
Online Registration is the first step for returning and new students to sign up to attend an Auburn-Washburn school for the 2020-2021 school year. The registration process will vary slightly, depending on your circumstances. For more information, click the link below that applies to your situation. After Online Registration, you will be notified if there are further steps you need to take.
- Returning Families - You are a returning family if one or more of your children attended an Auburn-Washburn school during the previous school year. If you are a returning family, you can log into Campus Portal any time to start or continue your registration.
- New Families - You are a new family if none of your children attended grades kindergarten through 11 at an Auburn-Washburn school during the previous school year.
Washburn Rural High School
All students, including those attending WRHS, will need to register online. There are additional steps that students attending WRHS may need to take prior to the start of school. This includes having their pictures taken, purchasing a parking permit, or ordering a yearbook if desired. High school students may also need to meet with their counselor to make changes to their Fall Semester schedule (Counselors will be available to make Spring Semester schedule changes and discuss other issues at a later date).
Washburn Rural High School will communicate directly via email with parents who have registered with details about steps that need to be taken prior to the start of school.
Auburn-Washburn offers a limited number of preschool slots for children who meet specific criteria. More information is available at usd437.net or by viewing this article. Preschool families, including those who are returning, can complete Online Registration but must call the Early Childhood Center at (785) 339-4675 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to finalize registration.
Once fees are posted, they may be paid online through Campus Portal or at your student's school. If you have completed a free/reduced meal application, you may wait to pay fees until that has been verified.
If your student will be riding the school bus, you can check Ride 360 or the website close to the start of school to see specific information.
