GACCA: Nepotism

The board will not employ anyone who is the father, mother, brother, sister, spouse, son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law of any administrator or supervisor who would also be the employee's immediate supervisor.

The board may employ someone who is the father, mother, brother, sister, spouse, son, daughter, son-in-law, or daughter-in-law of any board member. In such case, a Conflict of Interest Statement will be signed.
