The northern lights made a rare appearance over Jr. Blues country tonight. ✨

💙 Volunteer Shout-Out! 💙

A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing volunteers who have helped with recent PTO events.

We have had volunteers help with vision screenings, picture day, and fundraiser pick up!

We also had many parents and grandparents who donated food for our parent-teacher conference meals!

Your time, effort, and generosity make such a difference and help our school community thrive.

We’re so grateful for every one of you — our events wouldn’t be possible without your support! 🙌💫

🌟ROAR Buck Winners Shine Bright🌟
Our latest Pauline Central ROAR Buck winners had a stellar time with our school counselor! 🚀✨ Students got creative making their own constellations using pretzels and marshmallows — a fun (and tasty!) way to learn about the stars while celebrating their positive behavior. 🌠

We’re so proud of our students for being Respectful, Responsible, and Safe — keep reaching for the stars, Jaguars! 💫

💙 This week is National School Psychologist Week, and we want to give a huge shoutout to our amazing Pauline Central School Psychologists— Mrs. Toews (K - 2nd) and Mrs. Wilkerson(Early Childhood)💙

Their care, dedication, and support make such a difference for our students, families, and staff every single day. 🌟 Thank you for helping our students grow, learn, and thrive — we’re so grateful for all you do! 💐 #SchoolPsychWeek #thankyou #paulinecentralproud #makingitcount

🚀 Blast Off Into Learning! 🌌

Tonight our Pauline Central families joined us for our Family Engagement Night: Blast Off Into Learning! It was an out-of-this-world evening filled with hands-on, space-themed activities that inspired curiosity and creativity in our young learners.

Students and their families explored stations focused on math, science, reading, and art — all with a galactic twist! 🌠 From a galaxy dance party to Saturn ring tossing and building constellations, everyone had fun learning together.

A huge thank you to our amazing staff and families who made this night a stellar success. Together, we’re launching a lifelong love of learning at Pauline Central! 💫

📚 Exciting news from our librarian, Mrs. Riner! 📚

On Tuesday evening, she attended an author visit in Wichita featuring Lauren Tarshis, the author of the “I Survived” series, and Scott Dawson, the series’ illustrator!

Mrs. Tarshis shared about the extensive research that goes into each historical fiction story and even showed photos and interacted with children in attendance. Together, she and Mr. Dawson walked everyone through the process of creating a book — from inspiration and research to writing drafts, editing, illustrating, and promoting once it’s published.

Mrs. Riner even had the chance to meet and visit with both creators of this beloved series! What an inspiring experience to bring back to our Pauline Central readers! 💙📖✨

Students are hard at work in our classroom “operating room,” carefully cutting out 10 shapes and piecing them together to create brand-new masterpieces. ❤️🔺 It’s hands-on learning, creativity, and lots of fun all in one!
