July 3rd Food Pantry Sign-up Link! To improve our food pantry sign-up process, we will now be using SignUpGenius. Limited appointment slots will be available Thursday, July 3rd at 3:00 and 3:15 for families with children attending Auburn-Washburn schools. If appointment slots are filled, families may walk-in starting at 3:30 (first come first serve). Due to the growing number of people attending, if families do not have an appointment and arrive prior to 3:30, they will be asked to wait until 3:30 to shop. The food pantry will be closed by 4:30. iAmHealthy Parents First is an educational program with incentives that helps families learn about healthy lifestyles! If families complete the program, they will receive a total of $225 to complete all measures of the study (at the beginning, at 3 months, and at 9 months) as well as a free garmin scale and activity watches for the adult and child to keep even after the program. Every Kid Sports is offering a grant that will open on June 23, 2025 at 6:45 AM.

Discovery Kindergarten is a FREE, fun program for incoming Kindergarten students from any school! Children will get to go to the Kansas Children’s Discovery Center with their caregiver for a special simulated kindergarten classroom with teachers to learn how to prepare for the first day of school.
