Teacher requests must be submitted at least one week prior to the PTO meeting scheduled during the submission month. Your request will be reviewed by a PTO executive officer and the Auburn Elementary principal. You will be notified prior to the discussion of your request at the next PTO meeting.

If you are requesting funds from the budgeted Teacher Request Line, you must attend the PTO meeting to present your request, and to answer any questions posed by PTO members. If you fail to appear, or your request was made less than a week before the meeting, your request will be tabled until the next PTO meeting: no vote will be taken.

Please include all documentation information in your request, and bring any other materials to the PTO meeting. Include all applicable taxes and fees in your submission.

If your request is approved, and all information provided is complete, you will receive your check at the end of the PTO meeting.
