It's important for parents/guardians to know what and how their child is doing in school. So, the Auburn-Washburn school district has several ways to communicate with parents/guardians to keep you up-to-date.

The Secure Communications portals requires parents/guardians to create a username and password in order to access the information available.

eNotes/Newsletters
Teachers may send out classroom and/or grade level newsletters to let you know what is going on and coming up in your student's schedule. Many of these newsletters can be delivered to your e-mail address by signing up for eNotes. Help us go green by asking your teacher to send newsletters via eNotes.

The Open Communications portals do not require a username and password. These portals are designed to provide information to anyone with in interest in our district.

The school and district websites provide up-to-date information. Each school has its own website. Many teachers also maintain a classroom website where parents and students can find information about their classroom. To find the teacher's classroom websites select your teacher's name on the Contact Information page located on each school website.

In the event of an emergency we use the SchoolReach system. Our student management system works with SchoolReach to help us to get a hold of parents/guardians in the event of an emergency.

Need to get a hold of a teacher or someone else in the district? On every school website there is a Staff Information page. These pages provide e-mail addresses for the staff in that school. Need to call? Click on a staff member's name to get more contact information including their phone number.

Communication between our staff and our student's families is important to us. Just use the drop-down box in the top right-hand corner of any district provided web page to quickly access a school website.

Auburn-Washburn provides logos for each school in the district. We have provided these logos for public use in helping promote the district schools.
