All participants must have a signed KSHSAA physical (dated no earlier than May 1, 2021) and concussion form on file with the Athletic Office by Wednesday, November 10.

In order to participate in any sports, each student must file the following forms with the Athletics office each year:
Ticket prices for home varsity sporting events (excluding regional and state competition):
These cards allow the card holder into all home activities for the entire school year. (Exceptions are: musicals, plays and KSHSAA events.)
