Job Description
As a school bus para, you will assist students on and off the bus and help students follow safety procedures while riding. You will learn specific special education students' needs and provide the necessary assistance in a cooperative, courteous, and timely manner.
SALARY: $13.00/hour
START DATE: August 8, 2023
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 4+ hours/day, 9 months/year
REPORTS TO: Transportation Supervisor
Qualifications
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Possess interest in working with special education students.
3. Possess ability to handle discipline problems consistently and fairly.
4. Maintains high level of confidentiality regarding student and staff information and issues.
