Job Description
To ensure the efficient and organized operation of the Curriculum and Instruction office. To contribute to effective school/public relations by prompt and courteous handling of all inquiries and visitors.
SALARY: $12.15-$17.15/hour (wage determined by years of relevant experience)
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 8 hours/day, 12 months/year (benefits-eligible)
REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Learning Services & assigned Education Directors
Qualifications
- High school graduate with business school training or business experience.
- Demonstrate competence for assigned responsibility and maintain confidentiality of student records and files.
- Thorough knowledge of office terminology, procedures, equipment, English, and bookkeeping.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain clerical records and prepare reports from such records.
- Ability to follow oral and written directions.
- Experience in PC operations, Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as are determined to be appropriate and acceptable.
