Job Description

To ensure the efficient and organized operation of the Curriculum and Instruction office. To contribute to effective school/public relations by prompt and courteous handling of all inquiries and visitors.

SALARY: $12.15-$17.15/hour (wage determined by years of relevant experience)

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 8 hours/day, 12 months/year (benefits-eligible)

REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Learning Services & assigned Education Directors

Qualifications

  • High school graduate with business school training or business                      experience.
  • Demonstrate competence for assigned responsibility and maintain                  confidentiality of student records and files.
  • Thorough knowledge of office terminology, procedures,                           equipment, English, and bookkeeping.
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain clerical records and                                prepare reports from such records.
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions.
  • Experience in PC operations, Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge                        preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as are determined to                    be appropriate and acceptable.
