Good morning Panther Parents and Guardians,

Posted 5/26/20, 3:49 PM
I hope this letter finds you enjoying the day and staying dry from all of this rain. I would like to start by apologizing about the end of the year parade last week. It has come to my attention that we missed a few of the streets that we had put on our map that we would be travelling. Please know that this was accidental and not intentional at all. Each family in our school community is a valued member and it makes feel terrible that we missed some of the streets on our route. To that end, Debbi Williams, Principal at Pauline Central, and I are working on a mini parade to be done in the next couple of weeks for the streets that we missed. Our most sincere apologies and we will get this corrected.

Also, we have some yearbooks, refunds from field trips, and student belongings that were not picked up on Friday. That is not a problem at all since I know the times didn't fit everyone's schedule. If you are still needing to pick up any of those items or you have textbooks, library books, or learning materials to drop off, please come to Pauline South between 8:00am-3:00pm for the rest of this week, May 26th - May 29th or next week, June 1st - through Thursday, June 4th. Please call 339-4750 when you get here and we will come out to your care for pick up and or drop off.

On a closing note, thank you for your support not only the last 10 weeks but the entire school year. Our community has a long standing tradition of supporting Pauline South and you have put a high value on your child's education. We hope that we have been here for you and your families during this pandemic and we will continue to do so as we strive to get on the other side of COVID 19. There are still many questions about the start of next school year and what it will look like that need to be answered. We will be working on those plans over the summer. With that being said, I will send a weekly message to parents to share any information that I have that would be valuable to you as we all plan for the start of the next school year. Also, you are always welcome to contact me at at any time if you have a question or concern.

Please take good care of each other and stay vigilant with health precautions.

Proud to be a Panther,
Chris Holman, Principal
