What is PaySchools?

PaySchools is an online payment processing system. It allows parents to make school-related payments in a secure, online environment.

How Do I Get Started?

To get started follow the steps below:

1. Click here to get to the Auburn-Washburn PaySchools website.
   1. You can also access this site from your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.
2. You will be taken to a login screen.
3. Login with the same Username and Password you use to access your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.

How Do I Pay Fees?

1. Once you have logged in you will see any unpaid fees and/or food service balance information.
2. Check the box(es) of the fee(s) you want to pay.
3. In the Infinite Campus Food Service section of PaySchools, you can deposit any dollar amount in to any food service account you choose.
   1. After adding the dollar amounts to the food service account, you will immediately see the "New Balance" calculation.
   2. You will be directed to a screen that summarizes your purchase(s), and can delete any items if needed.
4. When you are ready click on the Checkout button.
5. You will then be asked to login with your second login information.
   1. If this is the first time you are using PaySchools you will be asked to register your address and contact information in order to create a second login.
   2. This second login will contain your address and phone number ONLY. Your payment information is NOT stored here.
6. Once you have logged in a second time you will be taken to the payment screen.
7. You will have a chance to review your checkout items and total. You will also have the opportunity to select your method of payment.
8. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which can be printed for your records. There will also be a confirmation of payment screen, which you can also print.
9. Once the payment has been processed, it will show on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. As well as in the schools systems.

My Student Has Unpaid Fees, But I Can't See Them.

If you know your student has unpaid fees, but you cannot see them when you login to PaySchools you will need to call the school your student attends. You most likely have not been marked as a Guardian of that student in our system. Our office staff will be able to help you.

Why Am I Seeing Fees From Previous School Years?

PaySchools will Show all outstanding fees, and is not year-specific. You will see any fees that have been marked as unpaid in our system.

If you feel there is a mistake please contact the school your student attends and the office staff will be able to help you.

What If I Forget My Login Information?

If you forget your first login information contact a school you have a student attending and the office staff will be able to help you.

If you forget your second login information there will be a forgot password link at the second login screen.

*NOTE* The forgot password link will only help you with your second login, not your first login.
