For students new to the district. Returning students receive demographic forms that have already been filled out and will be asked to verify the information is correct. If your student(s) attended a USD 437 school last year and will be in a new building this year their demographic information will follow them to the new building.

Students who wish to attend an Auburn-Washburn school but do not live in the district or desired school's attendance area should access the following document. Please note that this form must be filled out and approved by the Board of Education before the student will be allowed to attend a USD 437 school.

Arrangements for the use of the building and equipment by angencies or groups external to the school will be made through the building principal or district representative as outlined by USD 437 policy. At the time of the application a list of guidelines for use will be given to the outside group. Rental rates as set by the district, will apply.
